Air Southwest has teamed up with Cornwall and Devon Classic Car Hire to welcome passengers travelling to Plymouth or Newquay on new flights from Newcastle this spring.
Customers booked with the South West’s own low fare airline who have also booked a classic car to hire will be presented with a “welcome” selection of Cornish treats on arrival at the airport.
A range of gourmet foods will be included in the luxury bag including locally produced chocolate, fudge, biscuits, jam, marmalade and pilchards as well as a ‘Taste Cornwall’ magazine and a guide to eating out in the region.
Cornwall and Devon Classic Cars can arrange for a restored classic Jaguar, Austin Healey, MG or Aston Martin to be delivered to either Plymouth or Newquay Cornwall Airport ready for collection by Air Southwest customers.
Passengers will be able to take advantage of new daily flights direct from Newcastle to Plymouth and Newquay Cornwall from 28 April with fares starting at £35 one way including taxes and charges. The flights are available to book now at www.airsouthwest.com
