Air Southwest has launched a new scheme to provide reduced costs for its regular business flyers.
The ‘Business Plus Bonus’ initiative unveiled by the airline today (Wednesday 2 July) allows customers to claim one free Business Plus return flight for every ten Business Plus bookings made.
Air Southwest’s Business Plus fare was introduced earlier this year, offering ticket flexibility and a range of benefits – including executive lounge access and fast-track through security at most airports.
The new ‘Bonus’ scheme is the next stage in the airline’s development of its product range to ensure that it meets the changing needs of the business traveller, as well as offering low fares for those on a budget.
Mike Coombes, Air Southwest’s Deputy Chief Executive, commented: “With businesses looking more closely at their travel costs, we felt the time was right to introduce a discount scheme for our most loyal business travellers – giving them a free Business Plus flight for every ten purchased. Effectively it’s a 10% discount – and the bonus flight really is completely free, with no taxes, charges or hidden extras to pay.”
The airline recently started new year-round flights from Newquay Cornwall and Plymouth City Airport. Glasgow, Newcastle, Dublin and Cork have been added at Plymouth and at Newquay; customers can fly to Glasgow, Newcastle and Cork. In December, the airline will start flying to popular ski destination Grenoble.
